Biography:
Elizabeth Laurino discovered her passion for massage therapy in the process of
preparing for her physical therapy degree. Interning with a physical therapist in the
rehabilitation unit of a hospital and working with developmentally disabled
preschoolers in Poughkeeepsie, New York, Elizabeth discovered the importance of
soft tissue work.
Originally from Rhinebeck, New York, Elizabeth Laurino has owned a business in
the Triangle for over 11 years treating a wide variety of people including the
chronically stressed, children and adults with special needs and professional
athletes. Elizabeth combines neuromusclar therapy, postural evaluation, deep
tissue and myofacial release to achieve the greatest possible results.
Elizabeth Laurino started Massage Wellness Life to help as many people as
possible in the Raleigh, Durham, and Research Triangle Park area with their pain
management treatment and lifestyle improvements. With her positive attitude,
Elizabeth strives to help clients find new ways of living with less pain and has
developed new techniques for pain management and injury prevention. Her goal
with all her clients is to help them feel better and live better.
