"Using art, music, poetry, and talk therapy, I am able to assist with emotional challenges
that pose obstacles for positive change to occur. I draw from Bowenian, solution focused,
and narrative modalities that seek to improve the communication flow between individuals
in families and other group systems. The goal of this service is to help each person see
their own value and the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit.
