Clients are required to confirm and hold their Initial Comprehensive Holistic Health Assessment at The Center Natural Health Specialists with a deposit of $100 at the time of scheduling the appointment.
This deposit will be applied to fees for your initial appointment.
A FULL REFUND will be given if the client cancels their appointment PRIOR to 14 days of their initial appointment.
If appointments are rescheduled PRIOR to 14 days of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be applied to the newly scheduled initial appointment.
Deposits will be NON-REFUNDABLE if the client cancels or reschedules their appointment LESS THAN 14 days of their initial appointment or if the client fails to show up for their appointment.
Exceptions to this refund policy may be considered for unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, documented health issues, or natural disasters. Requests for refunds in such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers must submit a written refund request providing details of the reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within three business days.
In the unlikely event The Center Natural Health Specialists must reschedule an existing Initial Comprehensive Holistic Health Assessment, this deposit will be retained by The Center and applied to the client's rescheduled initial appointment, or a full refund will be issued in the event the client is unable to reschedule this initial appointment.
The Center Natural Health Specialists reserves the right to amend this deposit policy.
By making a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this deposit refund policy.
